Ms. Massat has a proven track record of co-creating action plans with Clients to identify who they are, where they want to go, and has actually seen them get there. She is also a huge advocate of educating and increasing Clients' emotional intelligence.

As an aside, Ms. Massat has over ten years of business experience in Human Resources, Finance, and Business Administration with a high concentration in personal and organizational transitions, optimizing employee performance, and behavioral development.

Ms. Massat has received her CEC through iPEC Coaching; PHR through HRCI; and BS in Finance from DePaul University. Ms. Massat is also an active member of SHRM and the Kane County Mounted Rangers.
